1. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.3 it is your duty to ensure that you enter the correct details upon subscription.

1.4 You must ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover the monthly fee.

1.5 Please submit the correct and relevant contact details.

2.1 We reserve the right to amend or cancel your contract at anytime.

2.2 Any payments already paid can not be refunded as products may already have been shipped.

2.3 This subscription is for random monthly scents and we can not give refunds based on a dislike of a particular scent.

2.4 You can cancel at anytime.

2.5 We will ship the next postal date from the time that each payment is received but we are not responsible for delays by the postal service.

2.6 Failure of payment will result in instant cancelation of your subscription.

3.1 Payments will be taken on or around the same day that you set up your monthly subscription. We are unable to alter or change this.

3.2 We. are unable to delay delivery dates or destinations without this being agreed by us first.

3.3 Items can not be swapped or changed.

4.1 This is a very large saving and no further discounts or codes can be used along side your subscription

4.2 The FREE December gift is selected at random and will only be sent upon reception of your December payment.

4.3 The December gift will not be promised for Christmas arrival.

4.4 Delivery dates may vary during busy periods or bank holidays.

5.1 We do not supply a free sample with the subscription service.
